Creating a QR code for your event lets guests quickly access your upload page using just their phone camera. In this guide, you’ll learn how to set up an event, customize it, and generate a ready-to-use QR code that you can print, share digitally, or display at your venue. Once your QR code is created, anyone who scans it can instantly upload their photos and videos to your gallery—no app or log in needed.

Once logged in, you’ll land on the Events page.

Choose the date display format.
Select your preferred format (e.g., “21st of March, 2026”) from the Date Display Format dropdown.

Enter a personalized greeting in the Welcome Message field to tell guests what to do when they arrive at your event page.
Add a cover photo (optional).

Enable a PIN (optional).
Toggle Require PIN to protect your event page with a four-digit code. Your PIN is automatically generated and appears under the event name and date on the main Events page.
Preview your event.
The real-time Event Page Preview shows exactly how your event page will look. On mobile, tap Show Event Page Preview to view it. You can expand the preview for a larger view.
Save your changes.
