Customize Your Event Page

Below are the step‑by‑step instructions for customizing your event page on PicturesQR:

  • Open the event editor.
    From the Events page, tap Create New Event (for a new event) or tap the edit event icon Edit icon (for an existing event) to open the event editor.

  • Navigate to the Customization step.
    In the editor, tap Next to move from the Event Details tab to Customization.

  • Set the welcome message.
    In the Welcome Message field, type a greeting or instructions that guests will see when they open the event page—for example, “Welcome to our wedding! Please share your photos and videos with us.”

  • Upload an event cover photo.
    Tap Upload Photo in the Event Cover Photo area. Choose an image from your device (JPG, PNG, or SVG up to 20 MB). This image appears behind the event name and date at the top of the page.

  • Choose a color theme.
    Tap the Event Page Color Theme dropdown and select a preset palette (like “Blush”). This changes the accent colors used throughout the event page to match your style.

  • Save your changes.
    Once you’re done customizing, tap Next and then Save to apply your new welcome message, cover photo, and color theme.


Tip

Expand the preview on mobile.
On mobile devices, if you want to see more of how your event page will look, tap Expand Preview underneath the live preview pane. This enlarges the preview so you can scroll through more of the page before saving your changes.
