Here are step-by-step instructions you can give to guests for uploading photos or videos to your event. Guests can upload one or many files at once, and they can choose a specific album or upload to the main event album:
Open the upload window.
On the event page, tap Upload.
Choose files.
Select one or multiple photos/videos from your device.
Confirm selection.
Review your chosen files, then tap Upload.
Wait for the upload to finish.
Keep the page open until the upload completes.
Done.
Your files are added to the main event album.
Open the upload window.
On the event page, tap Upload.
Select an album.
In the upload window, choose one of the available albums from the list (e.g., Ceremony, Reception).
Choose files.
Select one or multiple photos/videos from your device.
Confirm selection.
Review your chosen files, then tap Upload.
Wait for the upload to finish.
Keep the page open until the upload completes.
Done.
Your files go straight into the selected album.
Multiple selection:
On most phones, you can tap and hold or use “Select” to choose several photos or videos at once.
Stay on the page:
Don’t close the browser while the progress bar is running.
Private album:
If the host enabled a private album, you won’t see uploads after submitting — that’s expected.
