Here’s how you open the event editor and set the event date, date display format, and upload start date—these steps apply whether you’re creating a brand‑new event or editing an existing one.
For a new event:
From the Events dashboard, tap Create New Event (or Create First Event if you have none). This launches the event editor.
For an existing event:
On the Events dashboard, locate the event you want to update and tap the Edit icon. This opens the event editor for that event.
Event Date:
In the Event Details section, tap the calendar icon next to Event Date and select the date your event takes place. This is the actual day of your wedding, party, or other occasion.
Date Display Format:
To control how that date appears on your event page, tap the Date Display Format dropdown. Choose the format you prefer—options may include text-based styles (e.g., “21st of March, 2026”) or numeric formats (e.g., “03/21/2026”).
Upload Start Date:
Below the event date, tap the Upload Start Date field. Pick the date from which guests should be allowed to begin uploading photos and videos. For example, you can let uploads start on the event date itself or a day earlier if you want to capture preparations.
What Each Field Does:
Event Date: The day the event occurs.
Date Display Format: The way the event date will be shown on the event page.
Upload Start Date: The first day guests can submit photos and videos.
Proceed through the editor.
After setting these fields, tap Next.
Save your changes.
Tap Save when you’re done. Changes update instantly. Refresh the event page to see the result.
