Change Upload’s Album

Here are step-by-step instructions for moving uploads to different albums in a PicturesQR event:

Move a Single Upload to Another Album

• Open the uploads manager.
  From the Events page, tap Manage Uploads & Albums on your event card.

• Locate the upload.
  In Uploads, find the photo or video you want to move.

• Select the upload.
  Tap the checkbox on the thumbnail.

• Move to album.
  Tap the icon.

• Choose destination.
  Pick the album you want.

• Confirm.
  Tap Confirm Change.

Move Multiple Uploads at Once

• Open the uploads manager.
  From the Events page, tap Manage Uploads & Albums on your event card.

• Select multiple uploads.
  

  • In Uploads, tap the checkboxes on each item you want to move, or

  • Alternatively, you may select all uploads on the page by tapping the checkbox in the top right corner.

• Move to album.
  Tap the icon.

• Choose destination.
  Pick the album you want.

• Confirm.
  Tap Confirm Change.

Tips

• Move ≠ Delete.
  Moving an upload changes its album only; it does not delete the file.

• Filters help.
  Use the Albums filter (e.g., All Albums, Ceremony, Reception) to narrow down what you’re moving.

• Deselect quickly.
  If you selected too many items, tap the checkbox in the top right corner to deselect all.
