Here’s how you enable a PIN requirement for an event page on PicturesQR:
Open the event editor.
From the Events dashboard, tap Create New Event to start a fresh event, or tap the Edit icon on an existing event.
Go to Privacy & Security.
In the event editor, tap Next until you reach the Privacy & Security tab.
Turn on the PIN requirement.
Find the Require PIN toggle and tap it to enable it. When this is on, guests must enter a four-digit PIN to access the event page—without the PIN, they can’t upload photos/videos or view uploads.
Save to generate the PIN.
Tap Save to apply your changes. PicturesQR automatically generates a PIN for the event.
Find the PIN.
After saving, go back to the Events dashboard. The generated PIN appears below the event date on the event card (e.g., “PIN: 1656”). Share this code with your guests. They’ll be prompted to enter it before they can open the event page or upload content.
Note: Enabling a PIN restricts all access to the event page—guests cannot view or contribute photos and videos unless they know the code.
