Download Your QR Code

These steps explain how to download both the standalone QR code and the themed printable templates so you can share your event upload page in the way that works best for you.

First, go to the Download QR Codes & Templates page by tapping Get QR Codes & Templates on your event card.

Here’s how to download both the printable templates and the standalone QR code for your PicturesQR event:

Option 1: Download Printable Templates

• Browse templates:
  Below the standalone QR code on mobile — or to the right of it on desktop — you’ll see a gallery of printable designs (e.g., “Share The Love,” “Snap the Fun!”). Each template contains your event’s QR code and a themed graphic.

• Select and download:
  Tap Download Template beneath the design you like. This should open a PDF in a new browser tab or begin downloading it directly.

• Use “Download Now” if needed:
  If the PDF doesn’t load automatically, tap the Download Now link in the pop-up to start the download manually.

• Use your files:
  The templates are pre-programmed with your event’s upload link, so you can print them right away for invitations, signage, or sharing with guests.

Option 2: Download the Standalone QR Code (With Color Options)

• Open QR code tools:
  Make sure you’re on the Event URL & QR Templates page by tapping Get QR Code & Templates.

• Choose a color (optional):
  In the Color section, select the color that matches your event theme, or keep the default if you prefer.

• Download the QR code:
  Tap Download to start the download. A new tab or window will open showing the QR code in PDF format. The PDF ensures the QR code stays sharp and scalable for high-quality printing.

• If nothing happens:
  On some devices, the download pop-up may not trigger automatically. Tap the Download Now link in the pop-up message to force the download. The QR code file will be pre-programmed with your event page link, so you can print or share it immediately.
