View & Manage Uploads

To manage the photos and videos that guests have uploaded to your PicturesQR event, follow these steps:

  • Open your event’s dashboard.
    Log in to PicturesQR and go to the Events page.

  • Access uploads management.
    On the event card for your event, tap Manage Uploads & Albums. This opens the uploads page.

  • View uploaded files.

    • You’ll see a list of thumbnails representing each photo or video your guests have uploaded.

    • Tap a thumbnail to open it in a viewer, where you can see the full-size image or play the video.

  • Delete unwanted uploads.

    • In the uploads manager, each thumbnail has a delete icon delete icon (to delete the upload), change album icon change album icon (to change the upload's album), and a select box to select multiple boxes.

    • Tap the delete option and confirm when prompted. This permanently removes the selected file from your event. For full instructions, see our detailed guide on changing albums

  • Move uploads between albums.

    • You can organize your uploads into albums (e.g., “Ceremony,” “Reception”). On the upload you want to move, tap the change album icon change album icon. You’ll be prompted to choose a new album. For full instructions, see our detailed guide on changing albums.

    • Choose the desired album from the list, or create a new album if needed.


By using the Manage Uploads & Albums section, you can review every guest upload, delete any that aren’t needed, and keep your event content neatly grouped into albums.
