Delete Uploads

Here are clear, step-by-step instructions for deleting uploads from your PicturesQR event:

Delete a Single File

• Open media manager.
  From the Events page, tap Manage Uploads & Albums on your event card.

• Find the file.
  Scroll to Uploads and locate the photo or video you want to remove.

• Open the item menu.
  On the thumbnail, tap the icon.

• Confirm deletion.
  Tap the Delete button on the confirmation prompt to permanently remove the file.

Delete Multiple Files at Once

• Open media manager.
  From your event card, tap Manage Uploads & Albums.

• Select files.
  

  • Tap the checkbox on each thumbnail you want to delete, or

  • Alternatively, you may select all uploads on the page by tapping the checkbox in the top right corner.

• Delete selected.
  Tap the icon (bulk action) that appears in the top right corner once multiple uploads are selected.

• Confirm deletion.
  Tap the Delete button on the confirmation prompt to permanently remove the file.

Tips

• Permanent action.
  Deletions are irreversible. If you might need a copy later, download the file(s) before deleting.

• Album doesn’t equal delete.
  Moving an item to a different album won’t remove it; you must use Delete to remove it from the event.

• Permissions.
  Only the event owner can delete uploads.
