Here are step-by-step instructions for downloading guest uploads from your PicturesQR event:
Open uploads manager.
From Events, tap the Manage Uploads & Albums button.
Find the file.
In Uploads (or inside a specific album), locate the photo or video you want.
Download.
Tap the photo or video you'd like to download, press the 
icon once the photo or video opens.
Tip: Repeat these steps for any other items you want individually.
Open the event card.
On the Events page, find your event.
Bulk download.
Tap Download Uploaded Files.
Generate & save.
Tap the Generate Download Link button to confirm and PicturesQR will start preparing a single .ZIP containing all uploads.
Once the .ZIP file is ready, you'll receive an email containing the download link.
No extra setup.
Both the individual files and the bulk .ZIP are generated directly from your event’s uploads—ready to save and archive.
Large events.
For many or large files, the .ZIP creation may take some time before receiving the download link via email.
